Since March 2006, the State Standardization Management Committee put forward a new task: In a period in the future, We must actively promote a focused, and a rational structure new national standard system construction adapted to the socialist market economic development, with national standards as main body,enterprise Standard as foundation, industry standards、standards bodies、and local standards as complementarity. Because of this, two new concept are brought in, first, the industry-standard standard system is under China's supplementary status; Second, we must develop groups standards with the Association standards as the main body. Because of this, there is a need for industry standards, the Association standards relevant issues analysis and research. The number of standards: The deadline for the end of October 2006, machinery industry standards were 8460. The professional standards of the field: In accordance with the Chinese Literature Classification Standard (CCS) category, machinery industry standards involve 18 level categories and 290 secondary categories. Standard types of distribution: Based on the content standards can be divided into basic standards、methods standards、product standards、safety standards、environmental standards and management standards six types. In the machinery industry standard, the standard basis of a ratio of 6.7%、 standard method 7.7%、product standards 83%、safety standards 1%、the Environmental Protection standards 0.2%、management standards at 1.4%. • Use of international standards and foreign advanced standards: machinery industry standard, the international standard adopted standard rate of 5.3%, and foreign advanced standards adopted standard rate of 6.5%. • Standard Management: machinery industry standards is managed by the State Development and Reform Commission and China Machinery Industry Federation is entrusted to work usually. • Development of technical standards bodies:the revision of the mechanical industry standard was took charge by Industry Authority and the National subscript Authority in mechanical system. Currently, 26 Industry Authorities and 90 National subscript subscript Authorities have been set up. |
